1. Photographic Data & Zero-Retention Architecture
Photographs uploaded for Analysis, Master Style, Compare, or Sage Advisor are NEVER permanently stored on server disks. Location/GPS-stripped optical EXIF metadata (camera, lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO) and RGB histograms execute locally on your device; following your explicit consent on first use, the image and optical parameters are transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to our third-party AI provider Google Gemini API (Google LLC) strictly for real-time aesthetic critique and are destroyed from server memory immediately upon report delivery. Community & PRO Portfolio Exception: Only photographs scoring 75+ that are voluntarily submitted with explicit "Share to Discover" consent, or photographs voluntarily added by PRO members to their "Personal Portfolio (up to 20 works)", are securely hosted in the cloud. In the public Discover showcase, technical criticisms remain strictly private; only master praise is exhibited. Authors may permanently delete their submissions from Discover or their PRO Portfolio at any time with a single tap.
2. Platform-Specific Cookies & Advertising Disclosures (Web, Android & iOS)
Essential on-device storage (localStorage on Web, SharedPreferences on Android, UserDefaults and Apple Keychain on iOS) is used strictly for core app functionality (theme preference, language selection, session security, and daily fair-use credits). Platform-Specific Advertising Distinction: • Web (perspiqa.app) & Android (Google Play): To sustain free access, our website uses Google AdSense and our Android app uses Google AdMob (with GDPR/UMP consent management); all programmatic ad networks are completely disabled for PRO members. • iOS & iPadOS (Apple App Store — v1.1.0): The Perspiqa iOS application contains NO third-party advertising SDKs (no AdMob or AdSense), NO third-party ad networks, and NO cross-app advertising trackers (IDFA).
3. Categories of Processed Data & Legal Grounds
Perspiqa operates on an account-less guest architecture. Processed data is strictly limited to: client IP (in transient RAM for DDoS and rate limiting), browser user-agent (for responsive layout rendering), and EXIF hardware metadata (to generate analysis scores and technical feedback). Processing is justified under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests.
4. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11 & GDPR Arts. 15-22)
Under statutory privacy mandates, you hold the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of personal data, as well as the right to object to automated processing. Because guest photos are never stored persistently, there is no permanent photographic profile. Registered users maintain full control to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.

6. Account & Data Deletion Requests (App Store, Google Play, Web & GDPR)
Perspiqa users across iOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and Web have the right to permanently delete their account (created via Sign in with Apple, Google OAuth, or Email/Password) and all associated records (user ID, email, credit ledger, published Discover posts, PRO portfolio artworks, and archived evaluation reports) at any time. Deletion Methods: 1. Instant In-App Deletion (iOS, Android & Web): Sign in on the iOS app, Android app, or website, open the Profile modal, and confirm "Permanently Delete Account & Artworks" to erase all records immediately and irreversibly (including Apple token revocation where applicable). 2. External Email Request: Even if you have uninstalled the app, you may submit a deletion request by emailing support.perspiqa@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". All associated records will be permanently purged within 24 hours. Important Subscription Note: Deleting your Perspiqa account does not automatically cancel active billing subscriptions managed by Apple or Google; please manage or cancel active store subscriptions under "iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions" or "Google Play > Subscriptions".
